Returns & Exchanges

• Returns, for the most part, are self-service. You may return the product within 30 days of the original order ship date.
• Any sale, discounted items or promotional-priced items are NOT eligible for return.
• Shipping charges are NOT refundable and WILL be deducted from any returns or exchanges.
• Returned products have to be unused and in the original packaging.
• If we made a mistake by sending you the wrong product please call or email us first.
• Please include a note inside the box if you would like an identical replacement or a refund. 
• To exchange for a DIFFERENT PRODUCT please ask for a refund and place a new order.
